- National convention will be Oct 8th-10th. Please let Burchett's know if you have any interest in going to the convention so we can plan financially for the number of people who want to go. - We did not workshop our Visions talks as their was not enough attendance at the meeting. We will attempt to workshop at the next meeting.
- We reviewed a final copy of the Corporate Donations Letter. We agreed it would fulfill our needs. Please email Crystal a list of companies that we should send the letter to. She needs the company name, address, contact name and contact phone number. THANK YOU!!

- We'd like to give a big THANK YOU to Karen Penn. She found a donor who is willing to donate printing services to us. Alphagraphics' corporate office allows their training center (in the Red Lion corporate office building) to donate free printing services to non-profit organizations as long as they provide the supplies. We are having them print our notebooks, registration forms, brochures, etc. They already printed up 150 notebooks for us. To put this into perspective, it would have cost us $671.34 to have those 150 notebooks printed and put together for us. Instead it cost us less than $50 (cardstock paper for front and back of notebooks and black comb binders). We also had the paper (for the insides of the notebooks) donated. So again- THANK YOU KAREN!!!!! :)
