- 2004 weekend schedule was discussed. All senior spots are now filled. Junior weekends are missing July & Aug! There was not a couple found to present the March weekend so Painters offered to fill in to avoid cancelling the weekend. PLEASE PRAY FOR JUNIOR COUPLES!!
- 2004 meeting schedule was discussed. We need hosts for June 24th(Thurs.), July 16th(Fri.), August 12th(Thurs.) & October 14th (Thurs.) Please email Painters if you can host any of those meetings.
- National convention will be Oct 8th-10th. We do not have costs for the weekend yet, however airfare is approx. $350 per person, Marriott in Norfolk rooms rates are from $159-$194 although we will get a group rate which we do not have at this time. Car rental is approx. $124-$174wk. Last year the convention fees were approx. $275. Please let Burchett's know if you have any interest in going to the convention so we can plan financially for the number of people who want to go. Painters will keep you updated as information is given to them. A list of the speakers and topics is on the National CEE website.
- Crystal created a "donations payment slip" for the visions packet. It will be inserted in each donations envelope. Please include it in your explanation of the Visions packet. Also mention that if they choose to use the credit card option, that the transaction will appear on their statement as "Intermountain Catholic" not as CEE.
- Discussed January Unit Meeting- Sex talk still being updated!
- We are having another Recruitment Party /"Information Night" on March 12th at Blessed Sacrament-Pollock Hall at 7pm. Please invite any and all couples you think would make a great asset to our community. Also, please try to be in attendance at this meeting to show our commitment to our ministry.
- New Banner is in the process of being created. Still have time for ideas. Plan is to have the background show the Wasatch Mtns & Delicate Arch and a saying such as "God builds our beautiful landscapes, we help Him build beautiful marriages".
- April Meeting we will workshop our VISIONS talks. This is a very important talk and we are lacking in this area. Please try to be in attendance!
